Now in this post I am going to tell you about Mathematics behind making money.

• Most of the traders trade in Futures and Options, because here they make high profit but your single mistake pushes you in huge loss also. I have posted an article on it which helps you in doing accurate calculations so please check out

• In options, buyers are more than sellers and buyers are the one who make more losses than the seller.

• Loss is integral part of trading 

• Your risk is to reward ratio should be 1:2.

• If you make loss in trading, then to cover that loss you have to make profit 2X of your loss.

• For Ex- If you make a loss of ₹50 then to cover this loss you have to make profit of ₹100.
