VOLUME ANALYSIS (PART-18)

 We already discussed about Fibonacci Retracement in previous post.

In this post I am going to tell you about Volume Analysis 

WHAT IS VOLUME ANALYSIS?

In the method of technical analysis in which we predicts the next move in the market. If the volume is high then there is a great chance to see a big move in next few steps, but if the volume is low then there may be a chance to see an average or below average move.

Volume generate due to buying and selling. It is defined as the number of trade exchanges such as shares and contracts during a specific time period. 

SOME VOLUME INDICATORS:—

• RSI

• A/D

• OBV

• MFI

SOME TRICKS:—

★ Price (increase) + Volume (increase) = Strong Bullish 

★ Price (decreases) + Volume (decreases)= Strong Bearish 

★ Price (increases) + Volume (decreases)= Weak Reversal

★ Price (decreases) + Volume (increases)= Weak Reversal
