TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF STOCK MARKET (PART-7)

 In this post I am going to tell you about technical analysis of stock market. In this post I will give you a brief definition on technical analysis.

WHAT IS TECHNICAL ANALYSIS?

• Technical analysis is a kind of method by which we can predict the future price value of stocks, profits and losses. In technical analysis, we invest by looking chat and price action. 

By the help of technical analysis we get to know that when we have to buy and when we have to sell.

If we talk about it's success rate then it is around 90% accurate.

IMPORTANT THINGS IN TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

Although there are many things which are important in technical analysis but in this post I will talk on only two important things:-

1. Trend- You have to understand trend because if you trade against trend then you must face loss. Because trend is your friend and don't tread against trend. We will talk on trend in next post.

2. Support and Resistance- You also have to understand about support and Resistance and also how to plot them on chart because price always try to reach towards it support and resistance. If candles break it resistance or support then it tries to reach to it's next support or resistance. We will also talk on these in future.
