 In this post I am going to give you short a definition on Lumpsum.

WHAT IS LUMPSUM?

• It is the short term investing plan in which you have to deposit or invest in stock market in one time only. In lumpsum amount is deposited or invested for shorter period of time than SIP's time period.

• lumpsum is little bit risky than SIP.

• If you see that the market is low, so you can do lumpsum but SIP is also good.

• Net wealth gain(SIP) >> Net wealth gain(lumpsum) if timeframe is more

• Net wealth gain(SIP) < Net wealth gain(lumpsum) if timeframe is less

• You can use lumpsum calculator to calculate your net wealth
