INTRADAY TRADING (PART- 20)

 In previous post, we had already discussed about Swing Trading.

Now, In this post I am going to tell you about Intraday Trading and some strategies which help me to earn profit.

WHAT IS INTRADAY TRADING?

• Intraday Trading is a type of trading in which you invest your money in a particular day and withdraw your money in that same day before Market close.

For example- You buy a stock of a company of ₹400 and the price of that stock goes upto ₹450 on the same day and you sell that stock and earn a profit of ₹50 (excluding brokerage).

★ It is little bit risky for beginners. If market is volatile then you make money, if it is sideways than it will be tougher for you(beginner).

STRATEGIES:–

• If you want to know the nature of the market then see the India VIX.

• If India VIX > 20(Market is highly volatile)

• If India VIX< 20(Market is less volatile)

• NSE gives the India VIX, it means you easily get an overview of the market 

• Keep it in mind that you make profit or loss at the same day, so should use best strategies to mini your loss.

• DON'T FORGET TO TAKE STOPLOSS 

• You can sell first in Intraday Trading without buying, so this is the advantage for Intraday traders.
