 We have already discussed about Expiry Strategy in our previous post.

Now in this post I am going to tell you about Risk Management.

WHAT IS RISK MANAGEMENT?

• Risk management is the continuing process to identify, analyze, evaluate, and treat loss exposures and monitor risk control and financial resources to mitigate the adverse effects of loss. 

As we all know that risk is everywhere and if you are a trader then you have to face the losses on the regular basis. Most of the traders get demotivate when they see losses in their demat account/ Portfolio.

So in this post we will discuss about some Risk Management Techniques.

• Avoid Scalping—> There is no doubt that you can make a huge profit by scalping but if you are the beginner then please avoid scalping.

• Set your loss target—> Before enter in the market you have to set your daily loss Target that how much you can take loss.

• Set your profit target—> Before enter in the market you have to set you daily profit Target too and don't become greedy. If you achieve your daily profit Target then come out from the market.

• Never Averaging—> Please say no to averaging in stock market specially when you are dealing with stocks to cover your losses.

• Analyse before the trade—> You have to analyse the market before 9:15, it helps you a lot.

• Never Copy someone, try to learn—> Don't try to copy someone and don't believe on anyone's tips. Do your own analysis and try to learn more and more.
